Returns/Exchanges/Shipping

We hope you fall in love with your new Lucky Love purchase, but we know that everything will not be a perfect fit and returns are sometimes needed. Our goal is to make your return as easy as possible.

EXCHANGES:  Simply purchase the item you are wanting in a new order (before it sells out!) Send your unwanted item back and postmarked within 20 days to receive a full refund. All unwanted items must be received within the 20-day window.

RETURNS: You have 20 days from the date of receipt to return your item for a full refund. Please include your name, order number and reason for returning the item on a slip of paper. (we know how much of a pain it can be to print certain forms, etc. to return the item ;))

This item must be new with original tags still attached, unworn and unwashed. Smoke, deodorant and perfume free. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping fees are non-refundable.  If an item is received after the 20 day policy, or we find signs of wear or damage, the package will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders will be processed with 1-4 business days if standard shipping (USPS First Class) is selected. Once the package has left our facility, there is a 3-6 business day estimated arrival time. However, these orders do NOT have a guaranteed delivery date. Shipping may exceed 6 days as USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays.
*While we will do all that we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Lucky Love cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, postal interruptions, etc.

WHAT IF I NEED MY ORDER SOONER THAN THIS?

You can upgrade your shipping to USPS Priority Mail.
USPS Priority Mail: We always recommend upgrading to priority, as this is our preferred shipping method. Priority mail orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Once you receive our processing email, expect your package to arrive within 2-4 business days.

WHERE DOES LUCKY LOVE SHIP TO?

We don’t discriminate against closets. Riffraff ships to anyone and everyone! This includes Canada and international addresses.

  • We offer FREE domestic shipping for orders of $35+.
  • We offer international shipping for the standard USPS rates.

*NOTE: Lucky Love has no control over how long international orders will take to make it through the customs process.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS NEVER DELIVERED OR STOLEN?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit. However, please contact us luckylovecustomerservice@gmail.com if you do not receive your package and we will be happy to assist you in locating your package. You can also log on to www.usps.com to file a missing package or damage package claim.

WHY IS MY PACKAGE ARRIVING IN AN AMAZON BOX?

Some of our products are housed in Amazon storage facilities throughout the US, and if we are able to get the product to you faster by shipping the Lucky Love item from one of these facilities, your item may arrive in an Amazon box.
